Energetic foot massage

An energetic foot massage is a holistic form of therapy that aims to increase well-being and activate the body's self-healing powers.
It combines classic foot massage techniques with principles of energy work to release blockages in the energy channels and harmonize the flow of energy in the body.

Trauma and Blockages Resolution

We can experience various traumas in our lives. These include accidents, near-death experiences, birth, and abuse. All of these events leave traces and impressions on our souls.
Childbirth, for example, can leave marks on the souls of both the expectant mother and the newborn. A difficult birth must be processed by both mother and child, not only physically but also emotionally. Whether we give birth to a child ourselves or carry patterns within us that we cant explane.  Trauma resolution can help remove the traces and imprints left by all of these experiences. Every trauma resolution is individual, but generally speaking, depending on the depth of the trauma, 3-5 treatments are necessary. We can arrange a 30-minute initial consultation/counseling session specifically for this issue. This will be charged at a one-time rate of CHF 50.00.

The healing stone massage follows the same pattern as the energetic treatment. Here, too, we create a massage that is tailored to the individual.
Adjusted pressure, slow strokes, and movements on the back help you to wind down from everyday life and find your inner peace. This type of treatment is very suitable for people who have a hectic everyday life or simply as a heavenly wellness massage.
